Our parking lot is located two kilometers from the Solnechny Bereg Resort on the road to Kosharitsa Village. In compliance with the Government Plan of Traffic Network Development, in the near future this road will be connected with the highway Burgas-Varna, which is now under construction.

According to a plan developed by the developer SD “AKSIS-Balabanov”, the parking lot will incorporate 280 parking spaces in a common carport, and 26 individual garages.

The First stage that is already in operation comprises 36 parking spaces in a carport and 26 garages.

Access to the parking lot’s territory is equipped with an automatic gate controlled by the round-the clock guards.

 

The territory of the parking lot is equipped with contemporary video monitoring facilities and alarm system.

The parking lot can be used for keeping not only cars, but also other large-size vehicles, such as trailers, motorcycles, boats, etc.

Parking price depends on the number of car spaces occupied by the item stored.
