Our Company was established as a joint pool of efforts and finances contributed by Bulgarian, Russian and Israeli nationals. It was registered by the Court of a wonderful city of Veliko Tyrnovo in 2007 under the name of Target-2007 OOD. Over the initial stage of its operation, Target-2007 OOD was engaged in providing diverse technical services for the Bulgarian hospitality industry, upon requests from hoteliers. Over the years of its operation, the Company incorporators managed to forge good contacts with the government agencies and business community representatives of the Black Sea region. All of the foreign incorporators were granted residence permits in Bulgaria and view their life prospects through the prism of this wonderful country. The Company has proprietary rights to a 1 ha land plot located not far away from the town of Sunny Beach which accommodates a parking lot under construction. The parking lot project has been designed by a Sofia-based design company SD “AKSIS-Balabanov & sie” and has received all required approvals from governmental and municipal authorities. Phase I of the parking lot has been constructed now. Phase II and Phase III are planned for construction in late 2013 – first half of 2014.
